
Skanska this month begins a $98m venture to broaden Redmond Municipal Airport in Redmond, Oregon.
On account of end in early 2028, the venture will add round 7,400 sq m of concourse and terminal area to fulfill rising demand in Central Oregon.
On the finish, the airport can have seven new jet bridges, a doubled terminal-seating space, and round 550 sq m of latest retail and restaurant concession area.
Skanska may also make a variety of accessibility enhancements, add greater than 25 new restroom stalls, and improve the airports public deal with system.
The airport is aiming for a LEED Silver certification with extra energy-efficient lighting, a contemporary HVAC system, and 315 further photo voltaic panels.
