
Cimic subsidiary Leighton Asia has been awarded a $130m contract by Indian actual property firm Elan Group to construct a residential mission in Gurugram, a metropolis on the southwest outskirts of New Delhi.
The “Elan the Emperor” improvement will include 10 145m-tall towers on a 49ha web site. Leighton will deal with civil and structural engineering, and can handle the mission’s subcontractors.
The scheme, which is hoping to win a LEED Gold certificates, will likely be situated by the eight-tower “Elan the Presidential” improvement, which Leighton can be constructing on behalf of Elan Group.

Juan Santamaría, Cimic Group’s govt chair, added: “We’re happy to be offering one other premium residential mission for the rising inhabitants of the area.”
