
Indian developer Sobha Realty will construct a six-tower mixed-used growth on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Highway containing 1,225 flats, 15,000 sq m of retail, a 2.3ha park, and 16,300 sq m of workplace house, Gulf Enterprise experiences.
The towers at “Sobha Central” shall be linked by an elevated path giving entry to a health club, theatre, clubhouse, mall, eating places, supermarkets and a Grand Corridor. Outside, the mission may have landscaped terraces, infinity swimming pools and personal courtyards within the central park.
Ravi Menon, chairman of Sobha Group, stated the towers had been “a daring expression of our imaginative and prescient to form the way forward for city residing in Dubai”.
He referred to as Sheikh Zayed Highway “probably the most highly effective hall of the Center East”, and stated the scheme would “transcend structure to create a self-sustained high-living group”.
The primary tower, referred to as “Horizon”, is because of be completed in December 2029.
Sobha Realty’s flagship Dubai growth, Sobha Hartland, now has round 11,000 residents.
