For part two of the Edgewater mixed-use constructing, the outside incorporates a mixture of crimson masonry and grey metallic wall panels. There’s retail house on the first flooring and flats at higher flooring. Along with flats, Edgewater has a kids’s playroom, canine park, health middle, out of doors grill and lounge space, rooftop patio, swimming pool, and yoga studio.
To finish the challenge, Hamburger Roofing and Sheet Metallic Inc. put in 2,323 m2 (25,000 sf) of Laminators Inc.’s Omega-Lite metallic composite materials (MCM) panels in Gray Mica.
Hamburger Roofing and Sheet Metallic put in the MCM and Laminators’ Omega CI inflexible insulation panels with Laminators’ one-piece, tight-fit molding set up system, making a back-drained, ventilated rainscreen system.
