
Belgian marine contractor Deme says it has bought a 50% stake in Germany’s Bauer Offshore Applied sciences for an undisclosed quantity, with the choice for a full acquisition throughout the subsequent 5 years.
Bauer specialises in drilling companies for the set up of foundations for offshore wind farms and is headquartered in Schrobenhausen, southern Germany.
The corporate shall be built-in into Deme’s Offshore Vitality arm, specialising in consulting and engineering companies, tailor-made to the offshore sector.
