
US renewable energy developer Doral Renewables has picked Bechtel to ship three phases of its 1.3GW Mammoth Photo voltaic farm in Indiana, set to spice up the state’s photo voltaic capability by 20%.
Bechtel will design and construct the “South”, “Central I”, and “Central II” phases, which collectively will present 900MW of producing capability, sufficient to provide 200,000 properties.
Over the subsequent two years Bechtel will set up round 2 million photo voltaic panels, half of them made within the US. It is going to additionally set up energy cables and substations.
