
Balfour Beatty has received a $385m contract to construct the 17-storey Grand Hyatt Miami Seashore lodge in Florida for builders Terra Group and Turnberry.
Situated on the intersection of seventeenth Road and Conference Middle Drive, it’s going to anchor the Miami Seashore Conference Middle District.
The 996,00-sq-ft lodge may have 800 rooms, conference and assembly area and floor flooring retail areas.
It’s scheduled for completion in late 2027. At peak building, the undertaking will make use of greater than 500 staff.
Balfour Beatty can also be nearing completion of the $1.2bn Broward Conference Middle & Lodge and growth undertaking.
