SPFA signals industry evolution with leadership election

The Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) announced its elected board of directors, which includes industry leaders from the contractor, supplier and consulting sides of the business.

The Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) has introduced its elected board of administrators. Encompassing trade leaders from the contractor, provider, and consulting sides of the enterprise, in addition to spanning the insulation and roofing sectors, the board contains an government committee amongst 19 voting members.

Frank Mortl III, CAE, government director at SPFA, says, “SPFA extends congratulations and a heat welcome to all of its new board members. These people have dedicated to main our group throughout this necessary time and to making sure SPFA’s valued member wants are met. We stay up for seeing all they accomplish throughout their time with us.”

Throughout this election cycle, SPFA initiated a staggered board of administrators construction. Some board members will serve two-year phrases, and others will serve four-year phrases.

“The staggered construction will guarantee continuity in management, even throughout future election cycles,” Mortl says.

SPFA’s government committee has 4 members with two-year phrases:

  • Ken Wells, president, proprietor of Elite Insulation and PolyPro LLC, Broadway, Va.
  • Corey Poepping, vice chairman, president at Tri-County Foam Insulation LLC, Alexandria, Minn.
  • Gary Harvey, secretary and treasurer, president and CEO at Wedge Roofing Inc., Petaluma, Calif.
  • Bonnie Strickler, fast previous president, president at Puff Inc., Charlottesville, Va.

Wells says, “Coming into the position of SPFA president, I hope to construct on the success of the earlier SPFA board of administrators. I’m desperate to faucet into the experience of each veteran board members and the recent expertise being added to our management. With massive issues on the horizon, SPFA goes to wish a robust push and I imagine now we have assembled simply the crew for the job.”

Incoming voting members of the SPFA board of administrators embody elected 2024 to 2026 at-large contractor board members:

  • Wayne Dearing, president and proprietor at Peak Spray Foam Insulation LLC, Annandale, Minn.
  • Tom Decker, president at Chicago Inexperienced Insulation Inc., Highland Park, Ailing.
  • Adam Kline, senior supervisor, provide chain at TruTeam, Orlando, Fla.
  • Brandon Yocum, proprietor of Premier Spray Foam, Lawrenceburg, Ky.

Elected 2024 to 2028 at-large contractor board members are:

  • Bart Bonanno, proprietor at FoamTech Insulation Inc., Richmond, Va.
  • Dan Dorneanu, owner-operator at Palmetto Spray Foam, Charleston, S.C.
  • Ron Fetzer, proprietor at Spray All, Strongstown, Pa.
  • Bob Lepage, proprietor at Ex-E1 Sustainable Constructing Programs, LLC, Albuquerque, N.M.

Elected 2024 to 2026 at-large provider or guide board members are:

  • Terrie Downing, buyer expertise supervisor at Quadrant Efficiency Supplies, McKinney, Texas
  • Robert Naini, normal supervisor and proprietor at Spray Foam Advisor, Fort Walton Seaside, Fla.
  • Charlie Rose, vice chairman of gross sales and advertising at Artistic Polymer Options LLC, Birmingham, Ala.
  • Mac Sheldon, founder at Sheldon Consulting LLC, Oregon Metropolis, Ore.

Elected 2024 to 2028 at-large provider or guide board members are:

  • Mary Bogdan, analysis fellow at Honeywell, New York Metropolis
  • Doug Kramer, president and CEO at PolyCon LLC, Houston
  • Rusty Schrader, technical providers supervisor at Basic Coatings Manufacturing Corp., Common Polymers Corp., Fresno, Calif.
  • Todd Wishneski, director of product improvement at NCFI Polyurethanes, Mount Ethereal, N.C.

Moreover, ad-hoc board members becoming a member of SPFA are 2024 to 2026 ad-hoc contractor board members:

  • Matt Mader, proprietor at Mader Insulation, LLC, Waterville, Minn.
  • Anthony Pantuso, proprietor at Pantuso Insulation, Grand Junction, Colo.

Advert-hoc provider or guide board members from 2024 to 2026 are:
