
Suffolk Punch is a neighborhood brewery and taphouse, and the house owners needed to develop their footprint to Charlotte’s premier shopping center, SouthPark. The steel-framed portion of this constructing is an addition to the shopping center, with half of the restaurant being a transform of an present restaurant area. The development of the constructing required a high-end and fashionable design utilizing a metal body manufactured by Chief Buildings. Challenges included the situation of the venture being in the midst of a shopping center, and creating the specified architectural look utilizing metal beams, with all partitions being full storefront glass techniques.
