Turner Building Firm has been appointed total web site supervisor on the 17.5-acre “One Beverly Hills” scheme in Beverly Hills, California, masterplanned by UK-headquartered architect Foster + Companions.
Turner would be the contractor on the primary part of the multi-billion-dollar challenge – which features a resort, two residential towers, a retail pavilion, plus a convention centre and botanical gardens – and can oversee building of the general challenge, which broke floor in February final 12 months.
Turner will work with Cain Worldwide and OKO Group on One Beverly Hills, with Adamson Associates performing as government architect.
Some 2,500 staff will likely be on web site throughout peak building.
