Three subsidiaries of contractor FlatironDragados have been spun off to kind a civil building enterprise in New York and New Jersey.
The three items involved – Schiavone Building, John P Picone and EE Cruz & Firm – will now be referred to as SPC Building.
The brand new firm will specialize in tunnelling, mass transit, bridges, highways, deep foundations, marine works and water therapy vegetation.
The purpose is to deliver collectively Picone’s abilities in tunnelling and water infrastructure, with EE Cruz’s give attention to deep foundations, bridges and geotechnical initiatives, and Schiavone’s specialty subways, highways, marine work and water therapy vegetation.
SPC Building can be led by members of every of the three legacy firms, with Jesus Diez as managing director, Joe Sheehan as chief working officer and Neil Wegman as chief monetary officer.
