Komatsu has expanded its presence within the Southwestern United States with the acquisition of six former Core Equipment dealership areas. The transition consists of three areas in California — Bakersfield, Mojave and Perris — and three in Arizona, together with Prescott, Phoenix and Tucson. These websites will now function as Komatsu-owned sellers, providing mining gear, elements and repair.
The transaction was finalized on June 9, 2025, and marks a strategic shift to deliver these unbiased dealerships underneath Komatsu’s direct administration. The transfer extends Komatsu’s company-owned vendor territory throughout Southern California and Arizona.
