Cowi opens Dublin office for €116bn ‘Project Ireland 2040’

Danish consulting engineer Cowi yesterday opened its first workplace in Eire because it tries to faucet into the nation’s €116bn Mission Eire 2040 infrastructure and improvement plan.

The corporate mentioned it hopes to have 50 employees from Eire, Denmark and different nations working in Dublin inside three years.

It’s already engaged on a district heating mission in Dublin.

“Mission Eire 2040 represents a transformative alternative for sustainable infrastructure improvement throughout the nation,” mentioned David Feighery, Cowi’s head of Eire.

“Our engineering options will assist Eire obtain its objectives of compact city progress, enhanced regional accessibility, and the transition to a low-carbon financial system.”
