California seeks company to build $3bn reservoir

As wildfires rage in desiccated southern California round Los Angeles, the state is seeking to rent a development supervisor at-risk (CMAR) for a $3bn challenge to construct a big reservoir within the north, within the Sacramento Valley.

The state has been planning the Websites Reservoir because the Nineteen Fifties. It fashioned the Websites Mission Authority in 2010 and awarded it $800m in funding in 2018.
